This project involved the renovation of an existing 1,150-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located on the 30th floor of the Sterling Private Residences in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The unit's interior redesign features a new galley kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry, quartz counters, and a dining peninsula. Improvements to the living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms include new flooring, finishes, lighting and solar shades throughout. With expansive windows, the unit offers ample natural light and sweeping city and river views.
