Mr. Glerum has over 40 years of experience providing professional planning, design, and construction phase services on a diverse portfolio of commercial, educational, government, industrial, religious, and residential projects. Since retiring from his successful design firm, he has continued to provide senior-level consulting on select projects in the areas of facility planning and programming, architectural design, project budgeting and scheduling, and construction administration. Mr. Glerum brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the design of projects involving the expansion and renovation of existing facilities as well as the management of the various challenges inherent in that type of work. Embracing a highly collaborative approach to planning and design, he engages the client at every phase of project development to ensure that all functional, aesthetic, environmental, and financial project goals are met.​​
