The Meadowbrook Health Center at Clark-Lindsey Village, a continuing care retirement community located in Urbana, Illinois, was modernized to provide a more home-like environment and improve the delivery of medical care. Originally constructed in 1976, the 50,000-square-foot facility underwent a complete renovation including the four licensed skilled and sheltered care wings as well as several small additions. In addition to the general work remodeling, a full range of mechanical and electrical improvements were made. The construction was phased over fourteen months to allow for continuous occupancy.
